Local Activities...

These are some activities which may interest you…….


Monthly drop in
@ Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Tumble.
10-1pm
4th Tuesday of the month, next one; 27thSeptember.

An easy paced walk in and close to the Park, using map reading and navigation skills learnt at last months session (it doesn’t matter if individuals missed this, they can still attend). Wildlife and plant spotting along the way plus camp fire cuppa afterwards.

Monthly drop in
@ Swiss Valley Reservoir, Llanelli.
10-1pm
4th Wednesday of the month, next one; 28thSeptember.


Wednesday is all about foraging, identifying what grows on site and learning how they can be used to support our health during the winter months. Some products will be made too from what we find!

Connecting with Nature programme
Mondays, 10-1pm @ Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Tumble.

26th September for 6 weeks.
Includes creating and using nature journals, natural dyeing, foraging, wildlife ID, mindfulness, music and dance, arts and crafts.

Coppice products programme
Wednesdays, 1.30-4.30pm @ Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Tumble.
26th October for 6 weeks.
With the opportunity to complete an Agored L1 certification.
Includes learning about coppicing, using tools safely, and creating products from coppiced wood ie mushrooms, spatulas and spoons.

Men connecting with Nature (in partnership with Men2Men) 
At Glanaman, near Ammanford.
Coming soon!
Includes woodland skills, sharing circle, camp fire and conservation projects.
