Attached below is the new home learning document. Don't forget you can send me photographs of the work you've completed via the e mail address that is shown on the top of this class page or via your HWB account.

20/01/21 - 22/01/21 Mr Evans has read some exciting stories linked to our theme 'Land Ahoy'. Your first task is to listen to the stories, decide on your favourite one and write a book review on it. There is a template uploaded below to help you. Choose your favourite characters from one of the stories and write a character description about them. There are examples attached below with lots of adjectives that you can use in your writing. Watch the PowerPoint presentation on Oceans of the world and write three interesting facts. Following on from this, there are comprehension activities for you to complete, choose the level that is best suited to you. Attached below are also two Numeracy activities for you to complete. Have fun!

There are Numeracy activities for you to complete, these will help you with your times tables. Watch the PowerPoint presentation on 'Lliwiau', can you draw a picture of an object that is a specific colour and write that colour underneath in Welsh? For example, coeden - gwyrdd, haul - melyn. It has been wonderful to see photographs of you working so hard. Don't forget you can upload photographs of any pieces of work or tasks to my e-mail address that is shown on the top of this page. Keep up the hard work!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy and healthy new year. I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas break and had a well earned rest. Please check this web page regularly as work will be uploaded for pupils to complete at home. Some will be in the form of worksheets but please don't worry if you do not have the facilities to print these, answers can be written on separate pieces of paper or workbooks. There are also many useful links listed that will further assist with home/school learning.

Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you require any further assistance. I am hoping to see you all very soon.
